Promotes the v0.1.2 patch release from dev to main.

Saving an edited HTML file failed with "unknown block id: null". The agent
commits an open edit on focusout, and committing removes `contenteditable`
from the focused block — which blurs it, and the browser delivers that
focusout synchronously, inside `removeAttribute`, to the same handler. The
re-entrant call committed the edit and cleared the state; the original call
then carried on and posted the edit a second time with the id it had just
seen cleared. The host recorded that as a patch for block `null`, and the
save rejected the whole batch for it.

The agent now takes the edit's state and closes it before it touches the
DOM, so the re-entrant call finds nothing open. Cancel had the same shape
with a worse outcome — the focusout it raised committed the edit it was
dropping — and takes the state first for the same reason.

The host also stops trusting the shape of a message: the frame runs the
document's own scripts, and an edit whose id is not an integer names no block
and is dropped at the boundary rather than kept until the save fails on it.

Every bar that cuts its text does so with `truncate`, which sets
`white-space: nowrap` — and a nowrap run's min-content size is its
max-content size. `min-width: 0` lets such a box shrink inside a flex row,
but it does not lower what the box reports as its minimum, so any grid
track sized `auto` (or a bare `1fr`, which keeps an auto minimum) grew to
hold the untruncated string. The shell's single column was one of those:
the footer's project path and branch set its width, every row under them
stretched to match, and the viewport scrolled sideways beneath a bottom
bar that no longer lined up with the screen.

Pin the shell column and the content track to `minmax(0,1fr)` so the
viewport, not the longest string, decides the width. Two boxes that then
still overflowed their own bounds get floors of their own: the file pane's
path label now truncates instead of running past the pane, and the project
menu may shrink below its cap, so a long repository name yields before it
pushes the header's controls off the end.
